Our synthetic Velvet collection is a favourite for children’s rooms and play areas. The Vogue Velvet range is soft underfoot, highly durable, and even bleach-cleanable for extra peace of mind. Designed to handle everything from daily play to the occasional spill, it’s the ideal blend of comfort and resilience.

For homes with pets, we recommend durable carpets made from synthetic fibres such as polypropylene or nylon, like our Vogue Velvet Collection. These are easy to clean, resist odours, and stand up well to everyday wear. Choose a short cut-pile style rather than loop-pile to avoid snagging claws, and consider mid-tone colours or subtle patterns to help disguise pet hair and minor marks.

The best option is to provide us with a floor plan or drawing of your room, including the measurements of each wall. If that’s not possible, simply share the length and width of your room at the widest points, including any doorways, alcoves, or recesses.

For a stair runner quote, we ideally need the width and depth of each step, the number of steps, the number of turns, the size of any stage landings, and a photo of your staircase.

Modern manufacturing techniques make synthetics very close in texture and appearance to natural wool.

We hold a wide range of carpets in stock and available for immediate delivery. Others, particularly custom styles and special orders, may take a little longer. If you have a specific deadline — like moving in or hosting an event — it’s best to plan ahead.

We offer a full supply and fitting service and will book the next available fitting slot when you place your order, depending on your chosen carpet and fitter availability. We endeavor to provide the quickest turnaround possible.

Yes, delivery charges are a flat rate for nationwide delivery.

No, we do not deliver to the UK.

We accept a wide range of payment methods. All Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express debit/credit cards and bank transfers are accepted.

Yes, we have a team of skilled fitters that fit all our carpets.

Yes, our carpets are suitable for use with underfloor heating, provided a few key factors are considered. The total tog value of your carpet and underlay combined should ideally not exceed 2.5 tog, ensuring heat can pass through efficiently without becoming trapped beneath the surface. We always use an underfloor heating–compatible underlay to achieve the best results.

A good underlay improves comfort, reduces wear, and enhances insulation. It’s highly recommended for all carpet types.

You can order up to 3 free samples of carpet and/or hardwood.

For the most part, carpets will look the same as your chosen sample. However, slight variations in colour, texture, and shading are completely natural — particularly between batches and rolls or when comparing sample swatches to the finished installation. Natural fibres such as wool may also display subtle differences due to their organic origin. These gentle variations are part of each carpet’s unique character and do not affect performance or quality.

No. We don’t typically send samples to the UK.
